TERMS OF USE:
- all payment is upfront and in full! after i've begun work on the commission and sent process pictures it is also final, meaning no refunds will be given past this point. there are times where i may refund the money myself before the commission is started due to various reasons that may cause me not to be able to conplete the piece.
- i only accept payment through paypal or etransfer!
- i reserve the right to reject any commission for any reason
- commercial or business use (using the artwork to promote a brand, or to sell) is prohibited unless discussed and given permission prior
- credit is required if using/posting the commissioned work online
- your finished commission may be posted online to other social media platforms and used as examples of finished commissions

☆ Do you take requests/do art trades?
I sometimes take random requests on my instagram, you can also tip me any amount on ko-fi to get a guaranteed request fill 👍
Art trades are only open to mutuals
☆ Can I reference, copy, trace, etc. your art?
I'd prefer if you didn't trace my art directly but everything else with clear credit is fine
☆ I allow my art to be used for edits, thumbnails, reposts, redraws, with CREDIT.
when using my art in this way please credit me clearly with "@costcopunk" or "costcopunk" somewhere on the post, and leave watermark uncropped in reposts
☆ Art used for pfps credit would be appreciated in bio.
☆ I do not allow my art or reproductions of it to be used for sale in any way.
